Probate involves the administration of decedents’ estates. Unfortunately, sometimes wills are formally probated when such is not even required. We can help you make the preliminary determination as to whether probate of a will or intestate estate is necessary. When it is necessary, we can also help guide executors and administrators through the probate process, including the making of decisions and elections which can often reduce probate costs and in some instances estate and inheritance taxes.
